Day 3 (Part 1)

Omo... Day 3... very legit. However, I'll start from the beginning... after yet another 5-hour sleep (blames it on jet-lag), I woke up fresh and ready at a whopping six in the morning, what fun! Of course, a nice morning in Taiwan isn't complete without a walk in the park, and after a lap around, I was sweaty, tired, and grumpy... not fun, especially at six in the morning. No fancy meal this time, just what the average lazy human being eats, food from none other than Seven-Eleven (7/11)... check out my "healthy" breakfast!

Yes, a "Delicious Sandwich" and a pudding (I must admit, the bread was pretty good). But then, I'm in no position to complain, considering I got up too early for proper breakfast time. Welp, afterwards, I rested for about as much as you can rest with jet-lag, and then, "it's time to meet the relatives!" Yeah, I was so excited. Actually, I was, no lie... but then, I can't really say any different, since the relatives in question are sitting right next to me while I type this. But then, regardless of the relatives, there was a lovely lunch, sponsored by none other than... *drum roll* COSTCO! Yay, I know what you're thinking... horrible frozen sushi and such... no, no, you are sadly (or happily) mistaken, for the Costco chain in Taiwan is about as different to the United States's as Twilight Sparkle is to Fluttershy (minus the pony part). The quality... well, want to see?

Yes, all courtesy of Costco... marvelous, no? I'll refrain from complimenting too much, lest the Costco chain in the U.S. threatens me...

First half of the day, successfully completed?

Second half of the day... I don't know... maybe shopping?

  1. Seems like a legit breakfast. So the Costco food in Taiwan tasted good? Good to hear!

Not doing much back at home; it's Sunday and I'm just watching ponies, browsing Interweb, and reading Arty Fowl and Warriors. Tomorrow's another day at school... Eighth grade promotion... Gonna be sitting there, bass clarinet in hand, for almost an hour as the students are promoted... And playing Silver Scepter SOOO many times...... *sigh* But the next day is the last day of school!!!

Have fun playing LOL and visiting relatives!! I'll miss ya when you're not there on last day of school! (And not sitting next to me during promotion so we can talk ponies and whatnot XP)
