Day 1 & 2

Heyy there! Twilight Sparkle speaking... after a long strenuous 14-hour plane trip, I'm finally in Taiwan. It's Saturday here... probably Friday back in the U.S. where everyone is braving Mr. Minalt's science class. Having fun drawing ponies? Anyways, I guess this counts as my second day of my 3 week trip... since I was too tired to blog about anything yesterday (there really wasn't anything to blog about except horrible airplane food). But I'm back! This post will be boring... Day 1 was getting off the airplane, waiting for the luggage, sleeping, and crying for mercy while figuring out the League of Legends Taiwan server... but here are some pics!

Yes... yours truly after waking up from a 5 hour nap... I slept through United States's lunch time... and woke up hungry and tired... If you thought I was the only one who couldn't sleep properly... think again :D But don't worry, hunger never lasts in Taiwan... a walk across the street earned me a proper breakfast. You want to guess how much it cost in terms of U.S. dollars?

Hint: 3 extremely hungry people walked in, had 3 bowls of soup, 3 buns, 2 crispy sticks of breakfast bread, and a cup of sweet soy milk, and walked out extremely full...

I'd be surprised if you got even close to what we paid... $6, in total, for all three of us (two were adults)...

Now I'm tired, not hungry, and want to sleep... TTYL!
