The highlight of today: We visited Maokong, and we went to one of its popular places, the Maokong Gondola! It was a really nice sight, and pics below. The three stops: the Taipei Zoo (which I was too tired to visit), Zhinan Temple, and the last stop, Maokong. Obvious name, no? Going up, we took the regular gondola, but going back down, we took the "Crystal Cabin." Want to guess what that's supposed to mean? Well, nothing crystal about it, but the floor was glass, so it was see-through... pretty cool... pics below:
Seriously, the view was amazing! Unfortunately, the trees reminded me a little too much of a certain vegetable (*ahem... broccoli) and I had quite the "delicious" nightmare as we soared across chunks of the vegetable in question...
However, overall very relaxing and nice view that I would definitely recommend.
And if your not up for heights, there are lots of other places around Maokong (exhibits, sites, etc.) Perhaps the Taipei Zoo would suit you! Until next time! And enjoy summer all my fellow bronies and pegasisters, Season 4 is coming! Fret not, Equestria Girls can't be ALL bad...
